All meals are prepared and planned around a whole-foods diet. We strive to deliver delicious, nourishing and filling meals to ensure you're fueled to workout, all weekend!
Across the 3 days - 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 1 dinner and lots of quality snacks are provided. Good coffee is available all day, everyday!
We go out for a meal and a quiet drink out on the 2nd night. Note - this meal is at your own expense.
The houses have fridges too, so if you can't go without your favourite snack or drink, BYO!

The workout isn't done until you've got a coffee with a view!
We are coffee lovers and you can be sure that good coffee is on offer, all weekend!
All morning workouts finish with coffee and ocean dip!
Before workouts it's grab your own fruit, coffee and muesli bars.
After workouts the menu will be Beachside BBQ's, Granola Bowls, Fresh Fruit and Overnight Oats.
